I thought I would let you know of some great recent results for the Sommeliers we work with and their restaurants.
The Good Food Guide has just announced their annual rankings ( 1, 2 and 3 Hats) These are highly prestigious and sought after awards with chefs known to cry into their frying pans with the loss of a “hat”, and on the flipside cry with joy into their Champagne flutes with the addition of a “hat”.
Matthew Dunne of ARIA and Dan Sharp of Sixpenny were awarded Two hats and if you have not been to these restaurants in a while, then you need to make a reservation!
Stuart Knox of Fix St James was also included by The Australian Newspaper, in their Top 10 Wine Bars in Australia. Quite a recognition for what Stuart has achieved at Elizabeth St in Sydney
It is great to be working with some of the best palates in Australia, plus they are pretty decent human beings as well
