A good friend of mine told me that Australia’s Festive Season begins with the Melbourne Cup and finishes on Anzac Day

This wine from the Loire in Central France is made in the Traditional Champagne method and aged  for 12 months on lees. It opens with notes of freshly cut apples, a good line of minerality and  is driven by slightly toasted honey notes and hazelnuts.
