About Matthew Eagan

When we started Bullion Cellars I never realised it would change my view on wines.

Working with the best Sommeliers in Australia has given me access to wines that are only available to a select few. After 20 years in sales and marketing in the wine industry I thought I knew a lot about wine - but I don't!

So I started this blog as a way of sharing some of these wonderful new wine experiences.

I won't write a whole bunch of tasting notes, for they bore me. What I will write, are my musings and thoughts on a truly remarkable beverage!
